Problem is still reproducible for me with Okular 0.26.0 and Poppler 0.47.0. 
Also reproducible with Evince 3.22.0.

Downstream bug report for Okular: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=319163

According to that report, the problem was supposed to have been fixed in
Poppler 0.22.
