this is the page 1 of the output file from pdftocairo.

poppler-tools version: 0.4.7
poppler-data version: 0.47
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

Steps to reproduce:
1. download the pdf file in the fllowing link: 
http://jpn.nec.com/csr/ja/pdf/isr2016.pdf
2. run pdftocairo with -pdf option and save the output file to a pdf file.
3. The title in the page 1 is not displayed properly as in the attached file.
