Exemple of PDF to reproduce the bug

Element of PDF form like radio_button generated with TCPDF doesnt work
correctly when you try to interact with them through Evince or Okular

STR: Check URL field or attachment and open it in Evince or Okular 

PDF file generated with Libreoffice writer
 - no problems with any reader (evince, okular, chromium)

PDF file generated with TCPDF 
 - chromium - works correctly
 - evicen - doesn't work (see bug description)
 - okular - strange behaviour, do not act as expected

If anybody have clue about it to help to find more about the bug, share it
please
