Vladimir, if you could provide a much less "intrusive" patch that would be
easier for me to integrate your fix.

Your patch touches CairoOutputDev and i don't have much knowledge about it, so
if possible i'd like your "simpler" option instead of your "in my opinion this
is more correct" option.
