add autogen to EXTRA_DIST in Makefile.am

For patching configure.ac it would be nice to also have ./autogen.sh to
recreate ./configure and Makefile.in. I see that popplers autogen.sh is not
trivial, so it would be nice to have it in the official tarballs.

Trivial patch is attached.
