PDF with full page graphic - scanned on Brother Laser/Scanner

I got the same problem. Files coming from my Brother Laser/Scanner will take
forever to open in Evince/Poppler (Ubuntu 18.04). 30 Seconds for the file
attached, while muPDF opens it instantaneously.
