Pdf with Problem

Summary:
The uploaded PDF "pdfwithproblem" doesn't render correctly when converted to an
image. Only part of the line graph shows on the Poppler image. I am able to
reproduce this in Adobe Acrobat X Pro but not able to reproduce it in other PDF
readers (Chrome, Acrobat Reader). I can fix the issue in Adobe Acrobat X Pro by
unticking "Smooth Line Art" using "Adobe Acrobat X > Edit > Preferences >
Rendering > Un-tick > Smooth Line Art fixes" but of course this doesn't fix the
Poppler image rendition. The issue is also in XPDF.

pdftoppm version 0.51.0

Steps
1. Run "pdfwithproblem" through pdftoppm to create an image.
  - "pdftoppm-withlcms -cropbox -f 1 -l 1 -r 202 -png rendition.pdf pageImage"

Expected:
Lines on graph render correctly. Please see EXPECTED_pdfwithproblem

Actual
Lines on graph not rendered. Please see ACTUAL_pdfwithproblem.
