PDF test case

As reported in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evince/issues/745

-->snip<--
Opening PDFs scanned with my Brother Laser Printer is virtually impossible. The
opening causes a 100% CPU spike on one core and does take forever.

The PDFs were generated in PDF/A by the Brother scanner unit. I have attached
one for testing. I did not have this problem on Mac OSX, but Microsoft Edge
seems slow on opening these files too. Chrome does process them with no mayor
delay.

PDFs not from my scanner, like digital invoices I get regularly, do not produce
any problem.
-->snip<--

It is noticeable slower than Acroread, which is instant, and xpdf, which is
almost instant.
