        <pre>I've tested the patches and committed them. I included a "xpdf304" tag in the
xpdf commits.

It looks like your patches were the output of "git log -p". As a suggestion, it
makes it easier to apply your patches if you use git format-patch. Then I can
use git am which will preserve the author and commit message so I don't have to
manually apply them.

eg to generate patches for the last 3 commits on your current branch:

git format-patch -o <output dir> HEAD~3</pre>
