Initialize gamut mapping multipliers in ::copy() functions
This patch fixes it:
The gamut mapping multipliers were not copied in GfxCalGrayColorSpace::copy()
(and in GfxCalRGBColorSpace::copy(), too), which causes here the usage of
uninitialized memory.</pre>
