Forget my <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=95344#c3">comment 3</a> in case of cairo. Cairo implements
CairoOutputDev::beginType3Char and CairoOutputDev::endType3Char, but it is not
used because of interpretType3Chars() returns gFalse J</pre>
