It's ok now.
I had self-compiled it from current Git sources. When I first checked it, it
said `pdftocairo version 0.44.0`, but the `-antialias <string>...` line was
missing. The `-transp` and `-icc` had nothing in between them.
After a new build, it was ok. Strange...</pre>
