Adrian, Does find_dest take O(1) time then to find? (I don't know the details
of Dict.cc) The only reason why I suggested a HashTable is because we have
some bug in evince where the outline of a very big file is constructed only by
using named destinations... If find_dest is already taking constant time to do
the lookup, Of course, there is no reason to construct a HashTable (and the bug
in evince is elsewhere... )
