Patch implementing saveState and restoreState
The saveState and restoreState methods of ArthurOutputDev do not save and
restore all of the state, but only parts of it. This leads to rendering
artifacts like the missing graphs on page 21 of
<a href="https://arxiv.org/pdf/1708.01455.pdf">https://arxiv.org/pdf/1708.01455.pdf</a>
The attached patch fixes this.</pre>
