Another PDF with XFA
Unfortunately perhaps just for this particular kind of PDF. I'm attaching
another one that doesn't open at all.
Gov agencies seem to have weird bias towards technologies that require Adobe
abandonware (like Adobe AIR, Acroread).</pre>
