PATCH - Allow generate accurate x y coordinates on dumpToXml
When using poppler to convert PDF document into XML file through *pdftohtml
-xml* we might expect to deal with high precision coordinates (float).
In my opinion, the xoutRound macro should be called only when generating
complex HTML documents, but not inside the dumpAsXML method (option : -xml)
To maintain a backward-compatibility, I suggest to add another option when
calling ./pdftohtml as:
-accuratecoordinates enable accurate coordinates output (for XML
post-processing)
