This patch adds font color in poppler-qt5 frontend by introducing 'rg' operator
and its r,g,b values in TextAnnotationPrivate::toAppearanceString.
It changes the signature of TextAnnotation::setTextFont to
TextAnnotation::setTextFont( const QFont &font, const QColor &color ).</pre>
