<pre>Sorry for the fuss. I found the file. Here are my current findings.
a) No, Okular 18.08 can't display it at all (gives an error window immediately
- see the attachment).
b) Evince 3.28.2 still displays garbled font (see the attachment).
c) MuPDF renders the PDF more or less correctly, but outputs warnings about
font issues (see the attachment).</pre>
