[poppler] Poppler 0.3.0 is out

Hi all,

I just release poppler-0.3.0, which has these changes:

         - First cut at qt wrapper, including a getText() method for
           getting text from a page.
         - More glib functionality: meta data, set page orientation,
           print to PS
         - Performance fixes for glib cairo
         - Bug fixes

I'm planning the update the cairo backend to use cairo cvs head for the 
next release, so this is the last release that will build with cairo 0.4.0.
