[poppler] Goo diff

Ok, this is a diff of the goo dir to add xpdf 3.01 to poppler

As you can see in http://cvs.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/goo/ we only had 
one patch in gmem.c and .h so its basically droping the new files and making 
the size_t change. It compiles here (not all poppler but the goo dir).

Agree to commit?
