[poppler] What am i doing wrong?

Well, since seems somedoby is going to really use Qt bindings for displaying 
documents i tried to create only once the outputdev instead of each time we 
display a page as i'm doing in kpdf and as glib binding does.

The problem is that with this patch test-poppler-qt crashes when displaying 
the second page in poppler/Gfx.cc line 442 and i really don't see what can be 
causing that.

Any idea?
