[poppler] RFC: Crypto and poppler

Two things.

1) I talked with Derek and he won't have AES support for another few 
months - so if you folks want to tackle it, he's all for it!

2) I would think that libeay (the crypto part of openssh) or libcrypt 
(Peter Gutmann's) would be a better choices than libgcrypt, given 
wider acceptance and usage.
