[poppler] Remove some GlobalParams dependencies from PSOutputDev.

As we discussed on the list we want to depend less on xpdfrc so i'd vote for:
 - Remove the pspaper methods from GlobalParams
 - Only have one PSOutputDev constructor that needs the size and duplex
