[poppler] poppler-0.1.2 is out

Hi,

I just released poppler-0.1.2 which has these changes:

	- cairo optimizations and fixes from Jeff Muizelaar
	- Bump cairo requirement to 0.4
	- Make cairo and gtk checks fail gracefully

So, it should be easier to work with if you don't have cairo or gtk, 
plus the cairo version we check for now actually works with poppler.
