[poppler] Another Patch

This one adds PopplerIndexIter to poppler-document.h.  This lets me
extract the index of a document.  The API isn't quite right -- we are
going to need a PopplerAction class instead of my quick hack of
poppler_index_iter_get_values().  It lets me get evince indexing
(mostly) working with the glib API.
