[poppler] PopplerKit and poppler

Yup, the latest release of PopplerKit is based on an rather old
version of poppler. Newer releases don't have CairoOutputDevImage any
more. I'm currently working on this but I'm very busy at work and
university for the moment. However, PopplerKit & Vindaloo from svn at
gna.org should work
(http://gna.org/projects/gsimageapps).
