[poppler] Last xpdf 3.01 patch

Hi, i've been trying to merge xpdf 3.01 patches bit by bit, but i've reached a 
phase where it is almost impossible to go more bit and bit, because there 
have been changes in the internal representation of the splash renderer that 
cause changes in outputdev and gfxstate so almost everything that's left to 
merge is that.

I have patches (rather big i know, sorry) at http://freedesktop.org/~aacid/

There is one big.diff with all needed changes inside and one .diff for each 
directory also (glib / poppler / qt / qt4 / splash / test).

I've been working with that patched version for some days and i've not found 
any problem so i want you to test it, also have a look at the patches if you 
can.

If noone says anything against it i will commit in two weeks (30 October)
