[poppler] Gambas binding

Just to inform you that I've written the Gambas binding for the Poppler library.

Gambas is a graphical BASIC environment: http://gambas.sourceforge.net

The Gambas-poppler library (GPL, of course) is placed here:

There's also a new application, PDFGambas that is both an alternative
PDF viewer and a complete example of gb.gtk.pdf usage:
