[poppler] [PATCH] Move Arthur output device to a .la file so it can be built separately more easily like cairo

Hi,

this patch removes the including of arthur in poppler and thus allows
us to build qt4 after poppler separately. It also removes the
libpoppler linking against Qt4 libraries which was imo just wrong.
