[poppler] Contributing to poppler

Hi all,

I have been using XPDF for a while now on a Windows/msvc project of mine. Then I discovered Poppler :)...

It has taken me a little while to get the PDF tools building on msvc (i.e. no splash, arthur or cairo). I have also made fontconfig optional (via a HAVE_FONTCONFIG_H define) so I don't need to pull in fontconfig as I have had problems getting this working outside of configure, msvc does not have unistd.h and I don't want the additional dependency on expat and freetype.

So, now what is the procedure for contributing my changes? I assume I should post a unified diff-style patch to this maling list.
