[poppler] PageTransition

Hi,

I was offline for quite a while ... today I wanted to take up the work on the 
PageTransition support for the Qt4 interface, and I saw that work has been 
done while I was away. 

However, I cannot make things work on my machine. Is the PageTransition.cc 
file in the poppler directory compiled at all? Compilation breaks for me in 
the qt4 directory because the header file PageTransition.h cannot be found. 
Is that a known issue?
