[poppler] user specified text/bg colors

i remember using xpdf a while ago, and being able to specify on the
command line my own preferred page and text colors. is poppler able to
do this still? (in which case front ends like evince just haven't
incorporated the option). i hope so. because i found it _really_
useful. i'm half tempted to go back to the old xpdf just for that
feature.
