[poppler] Moving the poppler test framework to git

I would have no problem leaving the qt4 unit tests in cvs. There is
really no reason that the test suite code needs to be in the same
respository.

git doesn't have any presumption like this. X and cairo both use git
with a central shared respository (CVS style).
