[poppler] Future plans

Well, i spoke with krh on IRC and we decided that we will shortly put 
officially 0.5 on manteinance mode, branch for 0.6 and put all the new code 
there.

New code = SoCers code and Krzysztof speed patches.

Also as Krzysztof patches are good and we are not having time to review and 
commit them we reached the conclusion is better you applying for a cvs 
account and commiting the patches yourself once we branch for 0.6
