[poppler] Does poppler supppot PKI

I'm not aware of any support for PKI (e.g. X.509 certificates) in any version 
of poppler, nor any patches to add it.

It is very low on my priority list. So low, I'm not expecting to ever get to 
it. It'd be nice to have, but I'm not seeing much real-world usage. If we 
ever get to PKI, I'm sure it will be signing first.
