[poppler] Help testing a patch

It seems one of the patches by Krzysztof Kowalczyk that i merged introduces a 
regression on head.

I have a tentative patch that fixes the problem for me.

Could you guys go to http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7808 and see 
if you can reproduce the problem without the patch (Gates_direct.pdf is not 
parsed correctly on page 16) and that my patch fixes it?
