[poppler] Does poppler support rollover appearance of buttons?

There is a patch in bug 11076 that looks like it provides support for RC and 
other additional annotations things.

Its a very large patch though (around 150K, and there are no bindings support 
and no unit tests in the patch), and needs someone who understands 
annotations far more than I to review it.
