[poppler] poppler python bindings

I'm very interesting in knowing whether there are python bindings for
poppler.

Googling for them I have found three websites with python bindings for
poppler:

I wonder whether the last two ones are actually the same.

Which are the official bindings? Or which is the most mature and stable
ones?
