[poppler] Bug for cross compilation

Hi!

I often found myself compiling poppler for windows but I still got two
problems with this new poppler-0.6.1 version. One is with a reference to
a non-existant localtime_r() and the other is a gcc invocation where a g
++ works. Both problems have been submitted to the bugzilla:
