[poppler] Albert taking over as maintainer

Hi all,

I talked briefly to Albert about this, and we agreed to make official
what has been reality for the past year or so:  Albert is now the
poppler maintainer.  As anybody who has followed poppler development
over the last few years can see, he's been doing a great job in that
role and since I keep spending most of my time inside the X server, it
only makes sense to pass it on.

I'm still on the mailing list and I still have a couple of things I'd
like to do in poppler (number one: make it use cairo gradients), but I
can't spend enough time on it to be the maintainer.  Thanks to Albert
for taking over and good luck!
