[poppler] [PATCH and RFC] Bugfixes, Improved Forms Support for Unicode

Carlos please, read my last mail. Form related code must go in the
AnnotWidget section.

I can understand that old code isn't moved yet, as it behaviour should
be understood before moving and it could break form support, but
"please", don't put form related new code on the Annot base code.
