[poppler] Proposal: Poppler 0.8 release plan

There are a lot of things missing really. I have done only the base job.
Everything about annotation shapes/appearance is missing, as they are
stream based.

Actually I'm a little busy with university exams, but once I finish them
and I have some spare time, I will be back to work. As I said in the
past, *any* help with streams is welcome as I didn't understand them
correctly. Implementing stream based fields would be a major step forward.

And the second thing, maybe the most important one, annotation writing
support. I need to learn the new code from Julien and add that support
to annotations.

| Anyway with or without that 1.5 features more, i'd like to release 0.8 in
| March after all we will have a 0.10 somewhen in the future for
features that
| don't make it in 0.8.

| 9 February 2008 - Poppler 0.7.1 (0.8 Beta 2)
| 18 February 2008 - Poppler 0.7.2 (0.8 RC 1)
| 25 February 2008 - Poppler 0.7.3 (0.8 RC 2)
| 3 March 2008 - Poppler 0.8.0

| Betas still allow API changes on frontends while once we enter RC
stage we
| will not accept them unless they are critical.
|
| That of course can be shifted if we find regressions, etc.
