[poppler] Final Poppler 0.8 release plan

So this is the final 0.8 release plan, basically it's the first one except two 
weeks where added following Pino's suggestion

18 February 2008 - Poppler 0.7.0 (0.8 Beta 1)
27 February 2008 - Poppler 0.7.1 (0.8 Beta 2)
5 March 2008 - Poppler 0.7.2 (0.8 RC 1) 
12 March 2008 - Poppler 0.7.3 (0.8 RC 2) 
19 March 2008 - Poppler 0.8.0

Betas still allow API changes on frontends while once we enter RC stage we 
will not accept them unless they are critical.

That of course can be shifted if we find regressions, etc.
