[poppler] Poppler 0.10 worth?

According to the release plan we (well me and Pino) discussed at 
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/poppler/2008-May/003808.html

I should be tagging Poppler 0.9.0 (first of four unstable releases before 
Poppler 0.10.0 on 3 September).

Having a quick look at the changelog it seems we did not do much work at all, 
i see very few changes in the master branch, namely some more annotation 
support, "Support for surrogates outside the BMP plane" and my OpenJPEG based 
JPEG2000 decoder.

So i'm wondering if i should go ahead with the plan or delay it.

Is someone working on something that one month might be a benefit? If not i 
think i'll still do the release, better something than nothing :D
