[poppler] Loading documents from GInputStream?

Right - the first thing you would need to do is support the reading &  
proper processing of the "linearization tables" (the "web optimized"  
parts of the PDF) which enable dynamic downloading in conjunction  
with byte-serving features of HTTP 1.1.
