[poppler] Poppler 0.10 release plan

My proposed schedule:

2 August 2008 - Poppler 0.9.0 (0.10 Beta 1)
9 August 2008 - Poppler 0.9.1 (0.10 Beta 2)
18 August 2008 - Poppler 0.9.2 (0.10 RC 1) 
25 August 2008 - Poppler 0.9.3 (0.10 RC 2) 
3 September 2008 - Poppler 0.10.0

The dates are the ones we had for 0.8 + 6 months.

I want comments from Pino regarding when his 3D work will be finished and if 
he wants it to go in this or in next release and from Iñigo about his ongoing 
annotations work.

Everyone else is of course welcome to comment too.
