[poppler] OptionalContentGroup, Name and lookupNF

Hi, i've seen that the PDF at 
http://maniakkomputer.files.wordpress.com/2008/04/kunci_jawaban_uan_sma_ipa_ips_2008.pdf 
has an OCG where the name is not a String but a reference to a String, so 
current code does not work but changing lookupNF to lookup in 
OptionalContentGroup::OptionalContentGroup() makes it work.

Brad any reason why not do to the change?
