[poppler] Optional Content improvements and glib support (second try)

I don't have any objections to any of the patches (I just don't have time to 
review them, but would always like to see poppler improved). I would suggest 
installing qt4 devel packages if possible though, because this will allow 
running of the qt4 unit tests, which may pick up some unexpected cases.
