[poppler] Poppler 0.14 release schedule

In addition to the time schedule it would be nice to have a RoadMap to
track the features and bug fixes we want to include in 0.14. These are
some of my ideas, please complete it with your own ones:

General 
 - Multicolumn selection (#3188, Brian Ewins)
 - Improve color management (Adrian Johnson)
 - Complete annotations support (#23108, Me)
 - High quality downscaling in cairo backend (#5589, Me)
 - Implement clipToStrokePath in cairo backend (cairo doesn't
   implement it yet)
 - Use cairo_surface_set_mime_data() when rendering for printing in
   cairo backend (I already have a working patch for this, but it
   depends on unreleased cairo)
 - Use different filters when rendering images depending on the image
   resolution in cairo backend (#25268)

Glib
 - Support to add new annotations 
 - Improve search performance
 - Method to get page bounding box (I already have a working patch for
   this, but it depends on unreleased cairo)
 - Unconditionally use cairo backend (it requires some cairo backend
   bugs be fixed first, specially high quality downscaling)
 - Deprecate gdk api (cairo 1.10 should be released first)

I'm probably missing something, so feel free to add here your TODO
list.
