[poppler] wrong paper size: where to report the bug?

Hi there,

using poppler-0.10.3 plus evince-2.25.4 with 
http://futureoftheinternet.org/static/ZittrainTheFutureoftheInternet.pdf, 
I discovered that both evince and pdfinfo report paper size from the 
first page, but the issue here is that the first page has a different 
size (much smaller) than the other pages.

acroread 7 displays different sizes when different pages are rendered.

I'm afraid this might be a bug, but does it come from poppler or from 
evince?
